Brief – Exhumations of a Bow Baptist Church, in Payne Road, London.
Fieldwork started with an evaluation in 2005 showing a post medieval cemetery attached to the church. With the main excavations starting in 2006. Due to the age of the cemetery & church it attracted a percentage of archaeological interest so this particular site we shared with MoLAS (Museum of London Archaeological Service) who excavated 50% of the site in an archaeological manner.
